Delivery options

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales. Bank transfers usually clear within minutes. Crypto clears once the network confirms it. For card payments, the time is when you pay using the link we send you.
We deliver to UK addresses only. Every parcel is tracked, and we email you the tracking link when it's dispatched.
Packaging
Orders are sent in plain, padded packaging. Nothing on the outside says what's inside.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, email support@vialinepeptides.co.uk with your order reference within 30 days of dispatch. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or refund you if the item is out of stock.
Returns
You can return items that are still sealed and unopened within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. Opened vials can't be returned unless they're faulty, because they're sealed for health-protection and hygiene reasons.
- Email support@vialinepeptides.co.uk with your order reference and the items you're returning.
- We'll reply with the return address. Send the sealed items back within 14 days of telling us, using a tracked service. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items. If you return the whole order, the refund includes the standard delivery charge.
Refunds
- Bank transfer: back to the account you paid from, usually within a few hours of us sending it.
- Card: back to the card you paid with, usually within 3–5 working days.
- Crypto: in the same coin, to an address you give us, less the network fee.
