Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on vialinepeptides.co.uk. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

vialinepeptides is the trading name of a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@vialinepeptides.co.uk. We reply within one working day.

2. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, food, supplements or cosmetics. They are not for human or veterinary use and must be handled by suitably qualified people.

When you order, you confirm that you are 18 or over, that you are buying for laboratory research, and that you will not use, supply or resell the products for human or animal consumption. We may refuse or cancel an order, and refund any payment, if we reasonably believe these conditions aren't met.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We hold the items for you while you pay:

Bank transfer: 24 hours.
Crypto: 1 hour.
Card: until 24 hours after we email your card payment link.

If payment doesn't reach us in time, the order is cancelled automatically and the items released. A contract between us is formed when we email to confirm we've received your payment.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. The total you pay, including delivery, is shown before you place your order. We accept:

UK bank transfer (Faster Payments). Use your order reference as the payment reference.
Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT on the Tron TRC-20 network, LTC). We quote an exact amount, fixed for 1 hour. You pay any network fees. Sending coins on the wrong network can mean they're lost for good, and we can't recover them.
Card, when offered, through a secure Revolut Pay link that we email you. We never see or store your card details.

If you send the wrong amount, we'll contact you. You can pay any shortfall or have your payment refunded. If you overpay by more than £1, we refund the difference. Crypto refunds are made in the same coin, less the network fee.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery options, prices and dispatch times are on our delivery and returns page. Dispatch times are estimates, and Royal Mail's delivery times aren't guaranteed. The goods are our responsibility until they're delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it, for items that are still sealed and unopened. Because these products are sealed for health-protection and hygiene reasons, the right to cancel doesn't apply once a vial's seal or cap has been opened or broken.

To cancel, email support@vialinepeptides.co.uk with your order reference. Return the sealed items within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning them unless they're faulty or not what you ordered. We refund the price of the returned items, and the standard delivery charge if you return the whole order, within 14 days of receiving them back. Refunds go back to the way you paid.

You can cancel an order before it's dispatched at any time by emailing us. Any payment is refunded in full.

7. Faulty, damaged or missing items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or your parcel doesn't arrive, email us with your order reference within 30 days of dispatch. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or refund you if the item is out of stock. This doesn't affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We aren't responsible for loss caused by using a product in a way that breaks the research-use conditions in section 2. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can't be limited by law.

9. Your information

We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring claims in the courts of England and Wales, or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
